About Us

Nancy is the CEO and President of Team Adhoc. Nancy brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across multiple industries including entertainment, financial services, not-for-profit, retail, and healthcare. She specialized in streamlining and standardizing processes within a shared service environment. She has a background in system implementations (SAP/PeopleSoft) budget and forecasting, accounting, balance sheet recovery projects and Unified Chart of Accounts. Nancy’s impressive work history includes leading national consulting firms – IPSA International and Accretive Solutions, additionally she has worked with Kaiser Permanente, Warner Bros, The Walt Disney Studios, Danone International, and Ticketmaster.

Nancy leads Team Adhoc’s internal team, serving our clientele with staff augmentation resource needs in all aspects of finance & accounting, IT, governance risk & compliance, enterprise-wide BSA/AML risk assessment, governance/board oversight, customer due diligence/enhanced due diligence, suspicious activity monitoring & reporting, BSA independent testing & auditing, BSA training and historical transaction reviews and CDD/EDD remediation.

Nancy holds a BS, Business Administration, Finance from USC, Marshall School of Business.

As Team Adhoc’s Compliance Director, Elliot oversees all aspects of BSA/AML and general compliance consulting, as well as manages Team Adhoc’s AML Flex program. His incredible attention to detail and subject matter expertise make him invaluable in supporting our clients with enterprise solutions.

Elliot brings nearly two decades of BSA/AML experience to Team Adhoc. Prior to heading Team Adhoc’s Compliance Practice, he assisted financial institutions in strengthening their BSA/AML program through lookback engagements, BAU transaction monitoring, client onboarding, CDD/EDD remediation, enterprise-wide AML program assessment and development/implementation of BSA/AML policies and procedures. He worked directly with “Big 4” public accounting firms, as well as some of the industry’s most respected AML advisory firms, on Wall Street, The Greater New York Area, Miami, Chicago, and Washington DC.

Brent is an accomplished finance professional who brings a decade of industry experience to Team Adhoc. During his tenure at Oaktree Capital Management, he focused on their private equity strategies, developing expertise in business and investment strategies, financial modeling, and risk analysis. Thereafter, Brent joined Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty in their corporate FP&A group, where he helped the company grow and expand its operations by leading the brick-and-mortar build-out. After his stints in finance, Brent transitioned into recruitment, leveraging his knowledge of the industry and networking skills to connect top talent with premier companies. Brent enjoys sports, fitness, yoga, reading, cooking, and personal development during his free time. His journey is defined by a deep commitment to excellence, exceptional work ethic, and a passion for helping others succeed. Brent attended the University of Southern California and has a degree in Finance.

Valerie is a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources professional with 15+ years of experience in managing HR functions for diverse organizations. Her passion lies in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies.

Having started on her career path in Aerospace, Banking, and Consulting, Valerie Villegas spent a few years in customer service-centric roles, learning the importance of communication, collaboration, and teamwork for businesses. Her areas of expertise are Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policy Development, Compliance and Legal matters, HR Analytics, and Data decision-making. Valerie is also a professional member of SHRM and HRCalifornia.
